Extended Mountain (INHALE)

Forward Fold (EXHALE)

Half Lift (INHALE)

Chaturanga Dandasana (EXHALE)

Upward Facing Dog (INHALE)

Downward Facing Dog (EXHALE)

Look to the top of your mat (INHALE)

Step, hop or float to the front of the mat (EXHALE)

Half Lift (INHALE)

Forward Fold (EXHALE)

Extended Mountain (INHALE)
